Mobile Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the “SMSC Network” SMS campaign (“Campaign”). By opting in and participating in the Campaign, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
  • To participate in the Campaign, you must be a resident of the United States and at least 12 years of age or older.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Cadmus Services, LLC organizers, are not eligible to participate.
2. Opting In
  • To join the Campaign, submit your phone number via our website forms, or send an email at support@smscnetwork.com.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
4. Message Frequency
  • Subscribers to the Campaign will receive SMS messages periodically throughout the Campaign period. Message frequency may vary.
5. Message Content
  • SMS messages will contain information related to SMSC Network, LLC, including updates, offers, and news.
6. Opt-Out
  • You may opt out of the Campaign at any time by replying “STOP”. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the Campaign.
7. Data Privacy
  • Your personal information provided during the Campaign, including your phone number, will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We will not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

  • Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile service provider for details.
9. Help/Support

11. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • By participating in the Campaign, you consent to receive SMS messages related to the Campaign.
13. Disclaimer
  • We are not responsible for any technical issues or delays in receiving SMS messages.
14. Termination
  • We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Campaign if you violate these Terms.
